Does the mask block out all light?
The contoured shape is designed to reduce incoming light and create a dark sleep environment while remaining soft and comfortable against the skin.
Will the mask put pressure on my eyes?
No. Our contoured design creates space around the eyes and lashes to help reduce unwanted pressure during sleep.
Is it suitable for lash extensions?
Yes. The eye cups are designed to reduce contact with lashes while allowing natural movement and comfort.
Can I open my eyes while wearing the mask?
Yes. The contoured shape provides additional space around the eyes, allowing for a more natural and unrestricted fit.
Does the mask have an adjustable strap?
No. The silk-covered elastic strap has a fixed length and stretches naturally to accommodate different head sizes. It cannot be manually tightened or loosened.

What is 22 Momme Mulberry Silk?
Momme measures the weight and density of silk fabric. At 22 Momme, the silk has a substantial, smooth feel while retaining the softness and fluidity associated with high-quality mulberry silk. Our sleep mask is crafted from Grade 6A mulberry silk at 22 Momme.
What does the silver-ion lining do?
A thread of silver ion runs through the inner lining. Silver has been used in textiles for centuries to slow the growth of bacteria and odour, so the mask stays fresher for longer between washes.
How do I wash my mask?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild silk detergent, or machine wash on a delicate silk cycle inside a mesh wash bag. Do not bleach, tumble dry or wring. Reshape and lay flat to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. See our Care Guide for full instructions.
Will silk help protect my skin and hair?
Mulberry silk creates less friction than many traditional fabrics, helping reduce pulling on delicate skin and hair during sleep.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit times after dispatch are 3–5 business days within Germany and our Core EU destinations, and 5–8 business days for other supported EU destinations. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order preparation. See Payment & Shipping for the destination lists.
What does shipping cost?
Germany: €4.90 per order; complimentary shipping from €99.
Core EU destinations: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands — €6.90 per order; complimentary shipping from €99.
Other supported EU destinations: €9.90 per order; complimentary shipping from €129. This includes Italy and Spain.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered, in addition to your statutory rights. A return must be requested within this period. The mask must be unused and unwashed; a brief try-on to check the fit is acceptable, but the mask must not have been slept in or show stains, odours or other signs of use. Please return the included pouch and accessories, using the original packaging where reasonably possible. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds are issued promptly to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds usually reach your account within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the return. The exact time the funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may occasionally take longer. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colourway, please return your original order and place a new one once your return has been approved.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for voluntary returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will take care of the return. Full conditions are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact our support team and include your order number and the email address used for your order.

Yes. Every CalmiZone Sleep Mask comes with a matching silk travel pouch.
Does the mask arrive in gift-ready packaging?
Yes. Each order arrives in our signature CalmiZone presentation box.
Is the mask suitable for travel?
Yes. The included silk pouch keeps the mask clean at home and while travelling.

CalmiZone is a sleep and relaxation brand centred around quieter evenings, considered materials and thoughtful design. Our Silk Sleep Mask is crafted from 22 Momme Grade 6A mulberry silk with a contoured shape designed to create space around the eyes.
Why was CalmiZone created?
We were looking for a mask that stayed dark and comfortable through a full night and couldn't find one, so we made it ourselves.
