30-Day Returns

We want you to feel comfortable with your CalmiZone purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Conditions for voluntary returns

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The sleep mask must be unused and unwashed.
  • A brief try-on to check the fit is acceptable, but the mask must not have been slept in.
  • The product must be free from make-up, skincare, hair products, stains, odours or other signs of use.
  • The included silk travel pouch and any other included accessories must be returned with the product.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Items showing clear signs of use may not qualify for the voluntary return policy.

Starting a return

To start a return, contact our support team and include your order number and the email address used for your order. You can also write to us directly at support@calmizone.com.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for voluntary returns.

If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, CalmiZone will cover the reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued promptly to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds usually reach your account within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the return. The exact time the funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may occasionally take longer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colourway, please return your original order and place a new one once your return has been approved.

Statutory rights

The conditions above apply only to our voluntary 30-day return policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal and any other statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.
