Shipping and delivery

We deliver to Germany and the selected EU destinations listed below. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Germany: 3–5 business days
• Core EU destinations: 3–5 business days
• Other supported EU destinations: 5–8 business days

These transit times are in addition to order preparation. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If an order contains items with different delivery estimates, it may be shipped together according to the longest estimate.

€4.90 per order; complimentary shipping for orders of €99 or more.

Core EU destinations
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
€6.90 per order; complimentary shipping for orders of €99 or more.

Other supported EU destinations
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
€9.90 per order; complimentary shipping for orders of €129 or more.
